BEEF & BISON
$0.80 / lb based on rail weight.
Cut/wrapped and trim ground and wrapped in 2 lb packages.
· Trim ground in less than 2 lb packages.
$0.85 / lb Based on rail weight.
Kill, bone and grind whole carcass – 25 lb bags - $1.10/lb.
Kill, bone and grind whole carcass into 2 lb packages:
· $0.60/lb kill charge (min charge $200.00) and;
· $0.85/lb bone, grind and wrap.
PORK:
Cut and wrap $0.85/lb
Curing/smoking (bacon/hams) $2.25/lb
SHEEP/GOAT:
$55.00 per carcass plus kill fee.
Vacuum packaging $0.30/lb
Fresh Sausage Large or small casing $2.25/lb
NOTE: Cardboard boxes to pack product into -$3.00 each
